Talking Helps
Virtual Counseling
Some people prefer or need a telephone or ‘Skype’ counseling session especially when it might otherwise stop the continuous progress or the quality or consistency of our work together. There are those clients who have an established and ongoing relationship who find themselves frequently on the road and unable to keep consistent face-to-face appointments. For these clients the use of the telephone (Skype, FaceTime) may allow the work to continue.
There may also be occasions due to a baby sitter who’s just canceled, severe weather or a spouse or other family member who’s home sick. During these times it may also be beneficial to conduct ‘virtual’ sessions when unforeseen issues arise that make it too difficult to come into the office.
